· Active learning in a safe environment
· Curriculums covered: math, science, social studies, and language arts
3. Students will:
1. Learn direct social/communication strategies

Content of Media: Social Networking, Games, Music, Movies, and Books.
Each class will have time devoted to one form of media that is interesting to them. It is our goal to teach appropriate and safe social skills to each student in natural environments so please understand that this time will be used to generalize/practice skills taught earlier in the day, week, and month. This time will allow for many teachable moments to help students practice appropriate communication.
Please communicate with other parents and the SLP teaching your class if the content of the media is a concern. The SLP teaching your class will send a newsletter with future topics from social media, games, music, movies, and books to prevent any complications. He or she will use good judgment when presenting material to adolescent children.
Staff, Ratios & Class Caps
Each class is taught by a certified SLP- and only the best will do! The class will cap at 10 students per class. An extra class may be opened if registration exceeds the cap.
